The ITAKA Travel Agency's Insurance Guarantee amounts to 483,000,000 PLN and will be valid from September 16, 2024, to September 15, 2025. The guarantee is issued by ERGO Reiseversicherung AG Branch in Poland, a leading insurance provider for travel agencies. This is the highest guarantee in the agency's history.

The subject of the guarantee includes:

• Payment of the amount necessary to cover the costs of continuing the tourist event or the costs of returning to the country, including in particular transport and accommodation costs, as well as, if justified, costs incurred by travelers, if the Principal, contrary to their obligation, does not ensure the continuation or return;
• Refund of payments made for the tourist event or any paid service provided by an entrepreneur facilitating the purchase of related tourist services, in the case when, for reasons attributable to the Principal or persons acting on their behalf, the tourist event or any paid service of the entrepreneur facilitating the purchase of related tourist services has not been or will not be realized;
• Refund of part of the payments made for the tourist event corresponding to part of the tourist event or for each service paid to an entrepreneur facilitating the purchase of related tourist services corresponding to part of the service that has not been or will not be realized due to reasons attributable to the Principal or persons acting on their behalf.
