The ITAKA Travel Agency’s Insurance Guarantee amounts to 645,000,000 PLN and is valid from 16 September 2026 to 15 September 2027. The guarantee was issued by ERGO Reiseversicherung AG, Polish Branch, a leading insurer of travel agencies. Compared to the previous season, its value increased by 87,000,000 PLN, representing the highest insurance guarantee on the Polish market and the highest in ITAKA's history. This significant increase reflects the company's dynamic development and the growing number of clients served.

The subject of the guarantee includes:

• Payment of the amount necessary to cover the costs of continuing the tourist event or the costs of returning to the country, including in particular transport and accommodation costs, as well as, if justified, costs incurred by travelers, if the Principal, contrary to their obligation, does not ensure the continuation or return;
• Refund of payments made for the tourist event or any paid service provided by an entrepreneur facilitating the purchase of related tourist services, in the case when, for reasons attributable to the Principal or persons acting on their behalf, the tourist event or any paid service of the entrepreneur facilitating the purchase of related tourist services has not been or will not be realized;
• Refund of part of the payments made for the tourist event corresponding to part of the tourist event or for each service paid to an entrepreneur facilitating the purchase of related tourist services corresponding to part of the service that has not been or will not be realized due to reasons attributable to the Principal or persons acting on their behalf.
