What is the check-in process like?

Depending on the airline operating the flight under the booking, it will be necessary to complete:

  • online check-in - we will do it for you, so it is essential to provide the data required for check-in when making the booking. We will send the boarding pass ready for printing to the email address provided in the booking. We send boarding passes from 23 to 8 hours before a given departure, therefore you will receive the boarding pass for the return flight only during your stay (applies to low-cost carriers ).
  • or
  • airport check-in - you will complete it yourself at the check-in desk for your flight (applies to regular carriers ).

What does customer care look like during the holidays?

There is no resident on-site, but if necessary, you can contact the Polish-speaking ITAKA Travel Expert (ITE) team 24/7 via Messenger chat, e-mail, or phone. You will receive contact details for ITE before departure to the email address provided in the booking, along with complete information about the flight, transfer, and accommodation.

How does the transfer work?

At the airport after landing, a representative of the Itaka SMART partner will direct you to the hotel transfer. The waiting time for the transfer may be approx. 1 hour. The driver informs you of the hotel name and helps with the luggage. Information about the return transfer will be available the day before departure in the ITAKA mobile app or via email.
