The best drink to drink is alouda - a drink prepared on the basis of milk with the addition of basil seeds, rose water and vanilla. Delicious!

Coconuts, papayas, pineapples, bananas and mango trees grow almost everywhere - it's worth picking the fruit from them to see what the real taste of paradise is! Colorful, blue-purple blooming jacarandas, pine trees and huge walking trees... these are just some of the many plants that you will be able to enjoy there!
Sugar cane and tea plantations
There you will find delicious, refreshing sugar cane juice, as well as the local national drink, rum! It is worth visiting the distillery with a guide who will explain the entire process of producing this alcohol. To learn about the history of tea, be sure to visit the plantation and the Tea Museum, where you will learn many interesting facts about this plant brought to the island in the 18th century, and you will also try its various aromatic varieties, such as caramel, mint, cinnamon, vanilla, exotic fruit flavors and coconut.
Exotic animals
The symbol of the island is the now extinct dodo bird, whose image can be found everywhere - on T-shirts, postcards and magnets. Apart from it, there are many other interesting animals living here, such as giant turtles, mongooses, the pink pigeon, the endemic red-tailed turtledove, and monkeys - you better not bother the latter!
Snorkeling on sunken wrecks
As almost the entire island is surrounded by a coral reef, there are perfect conditions for snorkeling everywhere! There are also underwater shipwrecks in many places, which are a perfect place for scuba diving, and surfing and kitesurfing enthusiasts will also find something for themselves!
